To register for a new account:

  • Please send an email to support  (email below)
    • Please provide the following:
      • Name of the organization that purchased the software
      • HID Service Contract Agreement number
      • Your individual corporate email address (i.e. name@company.com). Personal emails will not be accepted (they must match your company domain) and may not be a group alias (i.e. sales@, support@, etc.).
  • If you purchased our software through a licensed reseller or distributor, please contact that reseller / distributor to obtain software access.
