HID® ActivID® Customer Portal

We have relaunched the HID® ActivID® Customer Portal in order to better meet your needs and to increase the overall security of the platform. As part of the relaunch, if you have not logged into the updated Customer Portal before, you will be required to reset your password.

In order to reset your password:

  1. Click the reset your password link
  2. Enter your email
  3. Click submit

After you fill out the form you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. You have 24 hours to click the link to reset your password or you will be required to fill out the form again. If you are unable to reset your password you can contact us at the email listed below.


Note:  Some of the links do not work in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge, so we recommend using Firefox or Chrome.

Additional information:

  • If you purchased our software through a licensed reseller or distributor, please contact that reseller / distributor to obtain software access.
  • If you do not have an existing account on our download portal, please be sure to provide us with:
    • Name of the organization that purchased the software
    • Purchase order number
